3. Geographical Analysis
Northern Region
Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 23, and 24 are located in the northern region of the Panchayat.
Ward 1 (Punnakal) extends the furthest to the north.
Wards 3 and 4 lie adjacent to the eastern boundary.
Wards 23 and 24 are smaller in area and situated in the north-central part.
Central Region
Wards 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 form the central hub of the Panchayat.
Since Ward 5 holds a central location, it shares boundaries with multiple wards.
Wards 18, 19, and 20 cover smaller geographic areas and are likely to be more densely populated.
Southern Region
Wards 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 are located in the southern part.
Ward 13 (Pathamuttam) is an elongated ward extending towards the south.
Ward 14 (Mayiladumkunnu) is one of the largest wards in terms of land area.
Wards 15, 16, and 17 act as connecting zones between the central and southern regions.
