Key Administrative Leaders

Grama Panchayat President

The President is the chief executive and head of the Panchayat. Provides leadership to all development activities and administrative procedures of the Panchayat.

Vice President

Provides active cooperation and assistance in administrative activities. Discharges the official duties and administrative functions of the governance in the absence of the President.

Standing Committees

Standing Committees are specialized bodies that control, monitor, and guide the development, finance, health, and education activities within the Panchayat.

Development Standing Committee

Implements the comprehensive development projects of the Panchayat. It strictly aims at public welfare and basic infrastructure development.

Finance Standing Committee

The committee responsible for regulating, auditing, and managing the overall revenue income and expenditure of the Panchayat.

Health and Education Standing Committee

Monitors, regulates, and manages all health-related facilities and educational initiatives within the local self-government scope.

Welfare Standing Committee

Implements public welfare projects and schemes. It primarily aims at long-term social security and welfare activities for marginalized communities.

Junior SuperintendentAn official who supervises the day-to-day office operations of the Panchayat. Coordinates file movements, bureaucratic processes, and the functioning of various office sections. Provides direct oversight and regulation over staff performance.
AccountantThe designated official responsible for regulating financial transactions and auditing records. Prepares, updates, and maintains income-expenditure statements. Systematically organizes the budget, local taxes, and critical financial documentations.
Senior ClerkAn employee responsible for overseeing general office documentation and clerical governance workflows. Coordinates the activities of various internal office sections and manages the scrutiny and execution of major files.
ClerkHandles administrative files and statutory records within the Panchayat. Regulates tax collections, initial processing of public applications, and verification of office registers. Performs ward-level tasks and localized service delivery operations.
